Just a quick post with my recipe for raw buckini granola!

Raspberry, Pecan and Cardamon Buckinis

1/2 cup fresh raspberries (or thawed if frozen)

1 cup activated buckwheat (soaked overnight)
2 handfuls activated pecans (soaked overnight)
1-2 tbsp och roughly ground cardamon
2 tbsp coconut sugar
Pinch of vanilla

Dehydrate the raspberries on a separate tray, lined with a baking sheet.

Rinse the buckwheat and the pecans thoroughly. Chop the pecans roughly and put in bowl together with the buckwheat, cardamon, sugar and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Spread thin and evenly on a tray lined with a baking sheet and dehydrate at 38-42 degrees C for 8-12h, until all dry and crunchy. Add the dried raspberries. Keep in an airtight jar.
Put on smoothies, chia puddings, porridge, nice creams or eat with nut milk and berries. ❀

(If you don't own a dehydrator, a regular oven works fine. Dry on lowest temp, leaving the door slightly open to let the moist out. I'm not sure about time, but at least 6-8h.)
